This Year our dance school was invited to participate in the 40th Falkirk Tryst Festival putting on displays of traditional Scottish Highland Dancing in Falkirk High Street as well as our performance of Scallywags 'n' Torags at the Falkirk Town Hall.
Many other dance troupes such as Scottish Country Dancing and Street Dancing were also performing along with The Falkirk Children's Youth Theater and various bands entertaining the crowds with displays in Falkirk high Street. To encourage our younger dancers and to give them a better idea of what the older Ballochleam Highland Dancers are doing at home and abroad we try where ever possible to include them in our public displays and Performances.
